How the math works
Order of operations: parentheses → functions → ^ → × ÷ → + −The calculator evaluates expressions with full operator precedence, so 2 + 3 × 4 correctly gives 14, not 20. It supports trigonometry (sin, cos, tan and their inverses), logarithms (log base 10, ln natural), square roots, powers, factorials, and the constants π and e. Use the DEG/RAD toggle to switch the angle unit for trig functions.
Keyboard shortcuts
